Updated material.  We are using a new Italian material that we are confident will make this your go to base layer.  The material has more stretch making it better form fitting while also improving wicking.  

Our lightweight base layer is designed to keep you cool & dry during the summer months.  It is lightweight and breathable due an open mesh knit fabric that increases ventilation and air flow. Because of the 3D nature of the mesh it creates a layer of air between the skin and your training top that helps manage your core temperature. The knit fabric has fantastic wicking properties and a soft-touch. It has a superior wicking effect, drawing any excess sweat from the skin's surface and transferring it away from the body. This keeps you feeling dryer, fresher and cooler. It is cut for a performance fit, sitting comfortably close to the body. A slight give in the knit offers a contouring appearance as well as allowing full freedom of movement. Minimal seams prevent friction against the skin during high intensity training sessions.

Sport Fit

If you can picture your favorite oversized t-shirt, you’re well on your way to knowing what a sport fit is. Sport fit describes a a fit that is loose-fitting and relaxed. Great for riding around town in a style that’s going to give you more than enough room to move around on or off the bike. If sport fit descibes how you want your jersey to fit, you should order atleast 1 size larger than the sizing chart recommends.

Pro Fit

If you’re comfortable in a slightly more tailored look, then the Pro fit is probably the fit you’re looking for. More fitted to the body than the Sport fit, the Pro fit is going to begin to give you some of the performance features of a higher-end jersey, but it’s still going to offer some room to breath. If pro fit describes how you want your jersey to fit, the size recommended by the sizing chart should provide the fit you prefer.

Race Fit

A "race fit" is very form fitting in order to offer you the benefit of aerodynamic riding and ofter muscular support. A race fit feels the tightest of the three cuts we classify. If you want your jersey to have a race fit, and you are on the lowend of a size described by the size chart, you should consider ordering a size down.

When we say that our jerseys are custom, we really mean it.  We didn’t just pick one and slap our brand on it.  We went looking for something very specific.  We were looking for a jersey that gave us all the things we like in a jersey.  And we found it.   We wanted a lightweight and breathable jersey that provided maximum comfort on the hottest of riding days, and the best way to achieve that is with a superior technical fabric.  After testing dozens of fabrics, we found the one that gave us what we were looking for – a fabric called Time Out.  This fabric, made in Italy by one of the largest suppliers to the cycling garment industry, pleasantly surprised us by not only being incredibly breathable and extremely quick-drying, but also by having predominately a horizontal stretch rather than a vertical one, which results in a jersey with serious aerodynamic traits.  To put that in simpler terms, after testing and tweaking the cut of the jersey, the Time Out fabric is awesome.  Here are some other reasons why we think you’ll think it’s awesome, too.

36th - Pro 1.0 Bib Shorts

The Pro 1.0 bib short is designed to keep you comfortable on the longest of days.

Making a bib short is similar to putting together a high quality bicycle. If one part is off or not working up to the standards of the rest of the bicycle you will not get the full experience. and negatively impact the entire ride. That is the case with a bib short. A bib short is made up of multiple key parts and if one part fails or is improperly designed it does not matter how well executed the others are. The bib short is a fail. We feel we have used our experience and our customers feedback to create a short that merges the key components into a high performing custom product at a great price point.

The first thing customers look at with shorts is the chamois and we feel our Pro 1 delivers what every rider is after, comfort. Our full coverage chamois, I will admit is rather large, but that is on purpose and helps us deliver what we feel is one of the key comfort features. Over the years I have found that when a bib short irritates me it is in the area where the chamois is sewn into the bib shorts and rubs the side of the nose of the saddle. The larger chamois gets the seams well away from any friction points near the saddle. As for the padding it uses multi-density foam that does a great job in distributing pressure without being too thick.

Another area we paid close attention to is the leg gripper. The leg gripper is key for a good fitting bib short. Without a good leg gripper, and there are many out there, the bib short will slide up. When it slides up it allows the bib shorts material and chamois to bunch up in the crotch area which quickly leads to irritation. With our leg gripper the bib short settles into its natural location on the bike after a few minutes. At this point it will hold the bib short leg panel tight enough that the there is no bunching of material near your crotch. The leg gripper also performs well with knee and leg warmers.

One other area that can be a source of frustration for our customers is the bib short uppers. The stretch on an upper must be just right to hold the bib shorts firmly in place but not be restrictive on your torso. While our uppers are made with mesh for breathe-ability they are not revolutionary BUT the attention to a proper length should provide a more comfortable fit both on and off the bike. Holding the waist line in its proper location is also key to the chamois and comfort.
